Are you interested in helping your community at Linwood Court thrive? Please consider joining a committee, serving on the managing board of directors and attend our annual meetings. We are looking into getting an estimate to Replace the Drainage stones behind the buildings. We will be looking at replacement and a funding program. The board has approved a sunsetter awning, a motorized unit manufactured by Sun Setter Awning with the “Mocha 3959” style and color, which may be installed over your rear deck only.
